Roger D. Rudich, Ltd

Roger has been helping people win personal injury settlements for more than 30 years. He graduated in the top 10% of his class at DePaul University School of Law and passed the Illinois Bar Exam in 1974. Roger then served Cook County as a public defender before taking a position as a defense attorney in the insurance industry. His experience defending insurance companies against civil litigation has been crucial to his success representing injured parties. Having spent time on both sides of the table, Roger is able to conduct effective pretrial negotiations and outflank opposing counsel in the courtroom. This unique blend of skills has led him to a long and distinguished career. Roger has been admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Court of State of Illinois, US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, US district Court of Central District of Illinois, US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and US Tax Court. Roger is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Temple Shalom of Chicago, Civil War Round Table of Chicago, and the Chicago Photography Center. He was recently honored by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education for his firm’s participation in developing various education programs. Roger served for ten years as a coach and administrator for American Youth Soccer Organization, Lakefront Region.
