Originally started in 1978 as a food supplier to the Sri Lankan government and other non-government organisations under Rohan Rodrigo & Company (Pvt) Ltd, the company later on diversified its operations to create a better-integrated eco-system of offerings for its customers. Hence the diversification into engineering, construction, and HVAC & R industries under Rohan Rodrigo Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd. and Rohan Rodrigo Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Company (Pvt) Ltd. This expansion enabled Rohan Rodrigo Group to construct a seamless logistics and warehousing network around Sri Lanka to ensure that its food supplies remained fresh from farm to table. Today, the group of companies has grown each of these divisions to service both private and public projects; adding on interior design (Crimson Interiors) and renewable energy systems (Coolking Solar) to vertically integrate the conception of a sustainable space. The addition of Dviipa capitalises on Rohan Rodrigo Group’s immense knowledge of the logistics of Sri Lanka, enabling the company to curate best of the island tours.
