The roots of rOks goes deep into the bar and restaurant industry. We have over 46 years of experience operating restaurants and bars, from the neighborhood watering hole to a fine dining experience. The most important thing we have learned in those 40+ years is to never sacrifice the integrity of the product in exchange for profit. Whether you are sipping iced tea at a summer picnic, having a night out with friends, or simply enjoying whiskey on the front porch, we are grateful to be a part of the experience.
