Role Players for Training - a team of professional business actors, facilitators, trainers and coaches. Using an experiential and coaching approach to support and facilitate learning and development in business and for educators at all levels. Typical bespoke interventions include upskilling around difficult conversations, coaching for people managers and team building. In addition to professional actor training, our team have previous business experience and are skilled facilitators in real play and feedback sessions in small learning groups. We can also work through our internationally based actors in several European languages. We deliver both in person and virtually. We also support communications type training in third level institutions and are a source of trained, experienced simulated patients and clients for Assessment Centres, undergraduate, postgraduate and high stakes examinations, particularly in the Life Sciences.
