Roll Out PTSD is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related challenges. Based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, we offer a comprehensive, three-phase program that helps veterans regain a sense of purpose, rebuild their confidence, and foster positive life experiences. Through our innovative “Reverse Basic Training” approach, community projects, and outdoor adventures, we empower veterans to navigate civilian life with the support they need.
