At Rolling Dice we look at the way businesses, managers, teams & individuals cope and grow in situations of challenge, change & uncertainty and help them identify and master their dice - their values, skills, & motivation in order to win at the game of life. We believe in leading by example, that true leadership promote growth, change & excellence, and that through the identification of core values & skills together with internal barriers, managers can become better leaders. We offer a variety of highly interactive workshops, ranging from half-day to 6 consecutive sessions, for different size groups: Leadership workshops use the Rolling Dice method to help managers identify their management-style, learn how to cultivate a positive, motivating, and consistent leadership built on communication & collaboration, and improves their management abilities, workplace culture, team’s performance, and business results. Motivational workshops help managers & employees use the Rolling Dice method to identify & understand their own dice – their core abilities, values & skills, and learn practical tools to cope with and grow from challenges and uncertainty. Youth workshops use the Rolling Dice method to help teenagers & young adults learn how to identify & master their dice – their core values & skills, and learn how to develop mental strength and mechanisms to successfully cope with uncertainty & change in a way that will help them win at the game of life. All Rolling Dice workshops our based on the best-selling book “קוביות משחק” and follow our core belief in living life to the fullest from a place of power & positivity – using our own values, choice, and control to the best of our abilities. Our workshops have been delivered to a verity of companies & organizations in Israel and abroad, including – Israel Barr Association, IDF, ORCA Global Leadership & Networking, Rishon LeZion City Council, Zman Eshkol, Community Centers, Schools, Pisga Center NLP courses, and more.
