Wow your guests with something they have never seen before. We take our freshly made ice cream base and pour it on a really cold pan to create delicious ice cream. We then use metal paddles to quickly chop and smash the ingredients together and spread it into a thin layer. In just a couple minutes, you have rolled ice cream all to yourself.
