Rollstud Middle East Inc is the manufacturing branch of Rollstud Ltd UK – manufacturer of Stud bolts, Hex Head bolts and Other Precision Machined Components. We have more than 40 years of experience in supplying fasteners to oil and gas projects globally and are happy to assist for any requirements of bolting products in ongoing project. Rollstud Middle East Inc, has Square Feet manufacturing facility located at Jebel Ali Free zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates operating according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001. We are proud to announce that we are the first in the region to be API 20 E&F approved bolting manufacturer. We manufacture stud bolts and other fasteners size range from ½” – 4 “ Imperial Diameter and M6-M90 Metric Diameter, we provide Materials Test Certification to EN 10204 (E) 3.1 Rollstud Dubai carry extensive stocks of B7, L7, B7M, L7M, 8.8 and Stainless Steel grades (Duplex/Super Duplex & SS316L), with the corresponding nuts, all of which can be rapidly manufactured into finished products to suit individual customer requirements. We also offer all major exotic alloy material like S32750/ S32760/ Alloy 20 /Alloy 925 / Alloy 625 / Gr. 660 / Alloy 400 / Alloy 20 and other grades. In addition, wide range of coatings can also be offered locally from Dubai, such as P.T.F.E – XYLAN, XYLAR, Everslik, Zinc, Cadmium, Phosphate, Electroless Nickel and Hot Dip Galvanizing.
