Schon vor Eröffnung unseres Cafe Restaurants haben wir gemeinsam mit Patrick Coudert Kochkurse im Romanicum durchgeführt. Unsere sympathischer Franzose hat das Kochen direkt beim Meister Paul Bocuse gelernt, war bester Lehrling Frankreichs und hat sich sehr schnell in Deutschland 2 Michelin Sterne erkocht. Heute hat Patrick große Freude daran, sein Können an nicht nur Kochbegeisterte weiter zu geben. Schnell verschwindet bei unseren Kochkursteilnehmern die Scheu vor unbekannten Zutaten, und mit Patrick s Hilfe werden reproduzierbare Menüs auch Zuhause garantiert ein Erfolg.
