Our Principal Consultant – Aderonke Kester (ACIPD) is a passionate Human Resource Professional, Career Coach, and Learning Designer with 13 years’ cumulative experience; spanning the financial sector, consulting sector, education sector, multinationals, and Start-Up Companies. She holds a Bachelor and Honours Degree in Commerce from the University of the Western Cape and University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. She also has a Masters in Human Resource Management from University of Leeds, UK (Graduating with Distinction). She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (UK) and a certified trainer with the HABC Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training (IADT). Her expertise covers Recruitment, Career Management, Learning & Development & Learning Design.
