I offer Transformational Coaching to businesses and individuals. My coaching packages include both one-to-one and multi party contracts for people at all levels of an organisation. Effective coaching supports, encourages and facilitates a different way of thinking around topics such as; career change and transition, organisational design, confidence building, problem solving, dealing with conflict, using and embedding mindfulness techniques. The results are sustainable because coaching allows learners to 'work it out for themselves', delivering long term confidence, fulfilment and achievement that is of huge benefit to both the learner and the organisation. I work with businesses of all shapes and sizes from large, established corporations to new start ups with one staff member- across a varied industry range. My coaching packages are flexible to suit your requirements. I also offer bespoke telesales training packages, based around the specific requirements of your business and your client demographic.
