Rooted Development is involved in developing real estate projects in the Houston area. We take a project from raw land, to early inception, defining the right program and best use for the property. We then manage the design, implementation and construction of the project, delivering within budget and on time. As a fee developer, Rooted Development Group has been involved in all aspects of development from start to finish, including but not limited to: • Selecting and identifying parcels ripe for development • Entitlement • MUD creation and management • Creating the right team of engineers, landscape architects, architects, attorneys and consultants • Defining development and scheduling programs • Total involvement in the management and execution of the project • Management of all aspects and phases of construction projects • HOA creation and management
