We plant seeds of intention, we envision a future where we are happy and thriving and yet it seems like all we get is an overwhelming amount of weeds. What I and my horses do at Rooted in Light Coaching is to help you grow into your best life. We support you in looking at the "weeds" of your own life - limiting beliefs, trauma, fear, uncertainty, and life-long survival strategies that no longer serve you. We believe that you are meant to live life as your best Self. We believe that every person is an integrated system of Mind, Body and Spirit. We believe that each person carries inside them power and strength to achieve the life of their dreams. We believe that every person deserves to be whole and healed. We believe that true, authentic connection with self and others is the fertile soil where your Shimmering Self can blossom. Rooted in Light has a variety of methods and tools to support you on your journey, including: equine-supported life coaching, gestalt methodology, co-active coaching, Enneagram, NLP, spiritual direction, yoga, somatics, and more.
