As a registered dietitian and functional medicine health coach, I help my clients take control of their health and make the first steps toward wellness through individualized nutrition coaching and a holistic, personalized touch. My Approach: Nutrition is an essential part of your health journey, and no two journeys are alike. That’s why my approach to nutrition coaching places emphasis on your unique needs and story, helping me craft personalized programs that help you reach your health goals. Rather than scratching the surface by only focusing on symptom management, I aim to dig deeper: by bringing together various healing modalities such as intuitive eating, mindful movement, intuitive supplementation, mindfulness, breathwork, and creating a healing mindset, I help you address the root cause of your health problems. Making those first steps on your journey to wellness can be daunting. That’s why I aspire to be more than just your nutrition coach: my goal is to educate, empower and support you, cheering you on through the process of change. My process begins by getting to know you so we can understand the best approach for helping you reach your health goals. Depending on your current situation and health concerns, I offer two different programs—Healing Hashi’s, a specialized program that helps women with Hashimoto’s disease reclaim control of their life, and the Get Rooted program for general guidance in nutrition and health.
