Hello, there! We're Rootimentary. In the culinary world, we land in the perfect spot between southern comfort food and fine dining. Our menu is seasonal and constantly changing to keep things fresh and delightful, but never boring. We utilize local farms for most all of our ingredients and pour ourselves into serving our town. One of our highest goals is to love people well by providing and elevated dining experience with a pricetag that is approachable. Our employees are not only given paychecks, but trained in skills that can be used at any kitchen in the world. We also have comprehensive leadership training for every employee, from kitchen assistants to food and beverage managers. We believe in developing the person, not just the skill. We empower our employees so that they can serve in their homes and communities.
