Rooting Robin

Rooting Robin is a newly “hatched” private practice dedicated to providing nutritional and psychological counselling services to the adult population. We work with a wide array of personal difficulties, including, but not limited to, relationship troubles, body-image and self-esteem issues, eating disorders, anxiety disorders and depression. Our ultimate aim is to help anyone who is willing to take responsibility for his or her own well-being in order to achieve lasting positive change in the way he or she thinks, feels and acts. We rely solely on evidence-based counseling practices and information that has undergone rigorous critical analysis. This ensures that our clients receive the necessary resources to achieve the results they desire most. We are here to assist you with rooting out your personal difficulties and accomplishing your most important goals.
