Roots Coffee Lounge, a vibrant community coffee lounge with flexible meeting space for residents and business alike. Located in Pleasley, with ample parking, free wifi and high-quality coffee products from 200 Degrees, Roots is community focussed hospitality at its best. Roots is a not-for-profit organisation set up to support the R.E.A.L Foundation Trust, a local charity which in turn, supports young people with additional needs and disabilities. Not only do all proceeds from Roots go to the Trust, but Roots will offer training opportunities for young people who have faced barriers in education and who will benefit from supported steppingstones into employment. We have designed the space in Roots to be flexible, with ample seating for regular visitors whilst also having large meeting room tables for business use, should you ever want to treat your team and bring them out of the usual office environment. Our not for profit status is reflected in our prices and your custom will directly support the young people we work with. The small team is headed up by Phil Henley, a complete coffee guru who has overseen the running of cafes and coffee roasteries in Australia and now back in Nottinghamshire, has a wealth of knowledge to share. The team love to talk and help educate everyone on coffee and it's journey to your cup. They are also keen to hear your comments and what the space could mean to you.
