Prior to her time at Alive Academy where she studied nutrition in Canada, Lidia studied Naturopathic Medicine in Australia and graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. She also studied at The Australasian College of Natural Therapies and graduated with Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, and a Diploma in Nutrition. Lidia has a passion for nutrition and enhancing lives through healthy eating. A firm believer in evidence-based nutrition, she offers nutrition guidance based only on solid research, not the latest fad diets seen in media.
