Roots Wellness Center was founded by Athena Trigenis, Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in order to offer unique therapies tailored to both the mind and body—techniques more effective in aiding individuals on their journey to overcome the challenges of everyday life. Her love and dedication for her work led her to create a team of specialized bilingual mental health professionals and an extensive network of collaborators (doctors, nutritionists, trainers, teachers, etc.) along with five therapeutic centers. Today, Roots Wellness Center provides its services to the entirety of Attica with offices in Anixi, Kallithea, Ampelokipi and Zografou. Our team offers high quality services in Greek and English including: counseling, psychotherapy, complementary therapy and clinical supervision to students and mental health professionals. Our offices provide the safety you need to grow in an atmosphere of trust, understanding and authenticity.
