Offering Technical Leadership in rope dyeing, different shade categories like 0.6% to 6% indigo shade, Sulphur dyeing, bottoming, topping, sandwich, salt-free dyeing, and water sustainability solutions in the rope dyeing process(Zero discharge dyeing, less water dyeing), development laser friendly, quick washdown fabrics. Designing different L&D programs by job and cadre, particularly sustainable practices in utilities use(steam, electricity, water), health and safety (by defining chemical, hot surfaces, rotating, sharp edge hazards), and on-the-job training, manufacturing and process SOP implementation.
