Rose City Robotics

Rose City Robotics is a machine vision lab building software-first inspection systems for high-mix manufacturing. Our core product is RoseVision CAD Studio — a CAD/STEP-driven workflow that “cold starts” defect detection models from design files, so teams can stand up inspection logic without waiting for a large labeled defect dataset. Built for on-prem deployment and strict data/security policies. We also work on creating high-fidelity virtual worlds for training physical AI systems (synthetic environments and simulation pipelines that let teams validate perception + inspection logic before full-scale deployment). What we’re building:* CAD/STEP → inspection logic for cosmetic + functional defects * Inspection workflows that stay stable across variants + engineering revisions * Practical deployment: on-prem, factory-friendly integration (cameras, edge compute, pass/fail outputs)* High-fidelity simulation/synthetic data pipelines to train and validate physical AI systems
