At, RCG our purpose is simple: to deliver value and make a positive impact to everyone we come in contact with. Five years ago, we began in a hotel room at 11:30pm as a small one-person operation specializing in SharePoint web-development. Mike had no idea what he was doing but felt a burning desire to start something that could help people and organizations. Today, we still do SharePoint — as well as virtually any other front-end language development effort. We recently added a Training and Coaching element which allowed us to expand our span of influence and impact dramatically. We now have self-sustaining body centered around being a servant leader and individual mentorship. We hope that in the future people will embrace where we came from and provide us an opportunity to serve.
