Rosenau Engineering is a veteran-owned, professional limited liability civil engineering firm established in 2017. Our focus is on stormwater inspections, but we provide a wide range of land development civil engineering services. We are licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida; however, we are currently concentrating our efforts in the communities in and around Union County. We are a small, family-orientated company, located just outside of Charlotte in the Village of Lake Park. Our size allows us to be nimble and provide our clients with the personal attention they deserve.
