Consultancy We are an agile, multi-disciplined consultancy providing a range of services to both commercial and domestic clients. Whilst we continue to provide traditional surveying services on a range of projects, our core business is working in partnership with developers, helping them increase value, decrease costs and mitigate risk. We are appointed in a range of roles to suite individual projects, such as- Quantity Surveyors/cost consultants - Project Managers - Employers Agents / Contract Administrators - CDM advisors / principal designers - Development appraisals, finance managers Rosetta Surveyors LLP is regulated by the RICS. Consutruction As traditional, skilled builders we can offer main contractor services on projects ranging from £50k to £5M. We have an established portfolio of projects for domestic and commercial clients, primarily across north London. We offer a more tailored, managed experience than your typical small builder, ensuring projects are well planned, properly resourced and all aspects are communicated appropriately to the client. We understand the needs of the design team and will always look to include our experience and industry knowledge to ensure the project is a success. Development Our vision is to create high quality, bespoke developments for aspiring clients in the London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. All our schemes are personally managed with clear communication and great value.
