Rossow + Associates (R+A) specializes in community bank marketing, enabling smaller banks to compete effectively with credit unions and major banks. The assistance provided is supported by 30 years of experience in the industry and sustained by a belief that community banks will continue to play a critical role in the health and resilience of local communities and the US economy as a whole. Jerry Rossow, President and Owner, has served over 200 community banks in his career, has been active in state and national banking associations, and has been a speaker to such wide-ranging audiences as ICBA National Conventions to the Counsel for Rebuilding the Russian Banking System in Frankfurt, Germany (2002). Mentoring in-bank personnel on marketing is a new dimension of R+A services. Banks that wish to develop in-bank marketing capabilities may contract with R+A for on-going support and tutoring for a modest fee.
