Roth & Spellman is comprised of five dedicated accountants who offer knowledge and expertise wrapped in a highly personal and familial package. Founding partner, Carl Roth, started the firm in 1979, having previously worked in both the public and private sectors, including three years at Price Waterhouse, a former “Big 8” accounting firm. What started out in 1986 as a six-month project for Sherry Spellman, turned into a full time position and, in 1993, she became a partner. Twenty-nine years later, they still hold tremendous respect and regard for each other, having grown the firm to now include three exceptionally talented accountants: Linda Dunne, Melissa Gracey, and Heather Massari. Carl’s visionary and instinctive abilities coupled with Sherry’s thorough and highly-detailed skills make for the perfect accounting partnership. A welcoming and congenial approach as well as their commitment to providing the best, most effective strategies is what keeps clients happy, as evidenced by their long-standing relationships.
