Rothfelder Stern L.L.C. provides legal, government affairs and regulatory representation and focuses on matters involving the electric, gas, telecommunications, cable television, water, wastewater and solid waste industries. Our work includes regulatory, legislative, administrative, transactional, contract and litigation matters. We have represented clients in proceedings before at least sixteen state public utility commissions, in appeals from state utility commissions, in court proceedings, at the FCC, and in legislative advocacy.
