We both traditional and non-traditional experiences to help our clients grow their businesses and live happier professional lives. As the name implies, we have endured life's rough seas (both literally and figuratively) and have become stronger sailors because of it. Our passion is to share what we've learned from those experiences with our clients to help them accelerate a current endeavor or launch something new in unfamiliar waters. Areas we help the most are company culture and people management, operations, SMB physical locations, e-commerce product, venture fund raising, financial modeling and media production.
