Roy I Snow Inc
Roy Snow learned his electrical skills working alongside his father in the then thriving shoe factories of the Lewiston/Auburn communities. When he was older, Roy took the skills he learned working along side his dad and, with his new wife Gertrude, started his own business in 1947 – Roy I. Snow Inc. This began his longtime career as a master electrician. Roy's son, Dan, returned home to join the family business after completing his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Maine in 1976, Following in his father’s footsteps, Dan began working in the field along with his dad, and began earning the hours and receiving the education he needed to become a master electrician. In 2005, Roy and Gertrude retired and Dan assumed ownership of the business. Dan is an active business owner; you’ll find him successfully juggling a number of responsibilities from bidding new projects to visiting job sites. In the family tradition, Dan’s wife Debbie also joined the business in 2005. Debbie provides office support similar to what Dan’s mother once did for his father.
