Handloom Export promotion council Fabric range: The fabrics are available as Greige,fabric dyed,printed fabric and yarn dyed woven fabric with different weave structures such as Dobby,jacquard, lino, waffle, terry, corduroy and ikat. We are specialized in Handlooms, power looms and auto looms with drop pins which reduces fabric wastage due to weaving defects. According to the requirement of the clients, dyeing can be done with natural dyes and synthetic dyes with hank dyeing method and also for bulk production in cone dyed cabinets for good colour fastness. The Prints are made with reactive dyes, pigment dyes and metallic dyes using different techniques such as screen printing, rotary printing and digital printing. The screens made with computerized method with minimum pore sizes, gives good finish for the prints. Fabric finishing : The special washes such as Enzyme wash, silicone wash, stone wash and finishes such as water repellant,waterproof,fire retardant and water absorbency are given with utmost excellence. Embellishments: Our wide range of embroidery designs are made with authentic hand embroideries such as aari and manual embroidery using manually operated machines and high tech machine embroideries. Other special embellishments includes tassels, pom poms, laces,ropes, twill tapes. Sustainable products: We also have sustainable products made from the Recycled cotton fiber fabrics,River grass,Napier grass,Banana fiber,Coir fiber. Quality assurance 1. The Greige yarns are tested with CSP before procuring. The Dyeing of yarn in cone form for bulk orders in computerized machineries reduces colour variation within the lots. The 4 point system of fabric inspection at greige stage, dyed /printed stage and also in finished fabric stage ensures defects are eliminated before sewing. 4.100% finished products checking before inspection.
