Royal Lab Services (RLS) is the brainchild of Carlo Ledesma, Jerry Caughman, and Darrin Oglesby. Together they recognized that lab services in general are lacking in not only small town and rural settings but also in family practice/small clinic settings throughout the United States. Our goal is to bring excellent customer service, exemplary compliance standards, and lab results of the highest quality possible to every patient not just those seen in world class facilities.
