Royal Personal Training is a private personal training facility catering VIP professionals who are interested in achieving advanced fitness goals as well as optimal health and wellness. We offer everything from in house rehabilitation and physical therapy to meal plans and nutritional guidance. Each client is strategically paired with one of our forty elite coaches that will fit their exact fitness needs and goals. Our facility is strictly appointment based and low capacity which creates a safer more socially distanced workout environment than a public gym. Additionally, our entire facility is sanitized hourly to promote the health and safety of our staff and clientele.
