Directing the joint operations of all Services and reinforcing the capability in defending the country from all types of threats 3. Supporting the government in solving the country’s major problems, conducting national development and providing assistance to the people 4. Protecting and safeguarding the national interests 5. Strengthening security cooperation with neighbouring countries in ASEAN, allied countries and international organizations 6.
