With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and a background in mental health, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a DEI consultant. I leverage my expertise in talent acquisition and employee well-being to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace. My passion for DEI was sparked when I realised that many of the clients I worked with in mental health were seeking support for issues that were rooted in systemic inequality and bias. Every employee deserves to have a voice and to feel valued and respected in the workplace.
