I offer personal coaching, emotional intelligence courses and teen coaching; supporting adults and teenagers to live their lives, their way. About Coaching Let’s first clarify the position: What do Coaches do? Put simply, we recognise potential in others and use our training to reveal it through listening to you, the client. I help you by providing you with the tools and strategies to overcome your obstacles. Each client is different, as are their struggles. It is my job to recognise your position and help you to identify the steps required to achieve your goals. I then make sure you are accountable for taking the actions identified together to move you forwards every step of the way. This is often one of the most valuable parts of working with a Coach – being accountable. If we try to ‘fix things’ on our own, often we will procrastinate, being fearful of failure. A lot of work is done outside of our sessions together, and then discussed at our next session. The answers are always within you, but most of us need an expert to tease them out of us in a sensitive, controlled and professional way. Being able to step back and view yourself or your business is something I am trained to do and the results for my clients so far have proved that to be the case 100%.
