Richard Kozlow, Principal of RPK Associates, has 35 years of varied international financial business experience. The firm specializes in enterprise risk assessments; financial and operational control improvements and related governance issues. Other services include Sarbanes-Oxley implementations and the development of related metrics; and quality and effectiveness reviews and restructurings of internal audit departments. In cooperation with a variety of business partners, RPK Associates offers additional services including internal audit outsourcing, regulatory compliance, forensic accounting, and various technical accounting advisory services.
