ist ein internationales Netzwerk von Architekt:innen, Urbanist:innen, Expert:innen und Forscher:innen mit Sitz in Berlin. Wir beraten, planen, entwickeln und realisieren. Wir initiieren, lehren, forschen, informieren, publizieren und definieren dabei unser Verständnis und unsere Beziehung zur gebauten Umwelt immer wieder neu. Unser Leitprinzip lautet: Reduziere unnötige Eingriffe, nutze das Vorhandene weiter und verwerte was nicht weiterverwendet werden kann. Wo andere Unpassendes, Veraltetes, Schäbiges oder Hässliches sehen, sehen wir Potenziale und Schönheit. Bestehende Architektur enthält physische, energetische, räumliche, soziale, historische, rechtliche, ökologische und ökonomische Ressourcen, die neu entwickelt und auf eine neue Ebene gehoben werden können. 2023 ü. is a Berlin-based international network of architects, urbanists, experts, and researchers. We plan, develop, and build. We initiate, consult, teach, research, inform, explore, publish, and exhibit, constantly redefining our understanding of and relationship with the built environment. Our guiding principle is : Reduce unnecessary interventions, Reuse what is already on site, and Recycle what cannot be reused. Where others see the unsuitable, outdated, shabby, or ugly, we see potential and beauty. Existing architecture contains physical, energetic, spatial, social, historical, legal, environmental, and economic resources that can be redeveloped and elevated to new levels.
