R.Solutions was established in 2017. With an idea dating back 15 years. An idea originally focused primarily on providing job opportunities to the underprivileged, grooming and developing them and finally equipping them with enough skills to grow from strength to strength. Working with churches and NPO’s in and around the community, we select members to be trained to join our team at RSOLUTIONS. Candidates are trained and inspired to always deliver the best service. Candidates are encouraged to study and strive to be the best that they can be. We encourage educational programs and development of each and everyone of our employees. Our goal: To provide opportunity and a chance at success to each and every individual that has a desire to make a change in their lives for the better.
