RSP Technology develops and produces Aluminium Super Alloys based on the Rapid Solidification Process (RSP) using its proprietary melt spinning technology. By rapidly solidifying molten aluminium at extremely high cooling rates, RSP Technology creates materials with a very fine and homogeneous microstructure, resulting in unique and superior material properties. Through this process, RSP Technology is able to produce special aluminium alloys with exceptional strength, wear resistance and thermal stability. Some alloys equal the strength of titanium, while others outperform conventional aluminium alloys by a factor of two or more. The large alloying freedom of the RSP process enables tailor-made solutions for lightweight, high-end applications. RSP Technology operates worldwide in both niche and volume markets and serves customers in race and motorsport, aerospace and defence, automotive, machine building, sports, medical, electronics and optical industries.
