Rtoero Foundation

The mission of the RTOERO Foundation is to invest in programs, research and training to support healthy active aging for all Canadians. Our activities aim to improve seniors’ health care, end social isolation and combat ageism. The RTOERO Foundation is the philanthropic partner of RTOERO. Through our annual grant program, we advance knowledge about aging and help make sure older adults in Canada have access to appropriate, high-quality care and support. We are one of a very small number of Foundations to focus our efforts exclusively on initiatives related to healthy and active aging. Our grant program is the cornerstone of our work and drives our impact in communities across Canada. We award grants to three types of projects: 1) Geriatrics research 2) Seniors' health and well-being 3) Social engagement
