RTW USA was founded in 2007 to pursue new work in civil infrastructure, financing, and business development around the world. The company has built on over 25 years of experience formerly as Royce International Holdings, a proprietor of multi-billion dollar investments and developments in real estate, infrastructure, and land throughout the United States and Latin America. RTW began work in the Middle East by special request of the US Department of Defense to aid the US task force in the reconstruction of Iraq. The company worked in Iraq as a project developer with STX Group, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Daewoo Engineering and Construction, and POSCO to rebuild power plants, steel mills, water systems, and oil and gas infrastructure. RTW has also completed financing and consulting work in infrastructure, energy, commodities, and renewables in the US, Canada, Central America and the United Kingdom. RTW is a United States company registered in the State of North Carolina.
