Rub & Stub strives for a future with zero food waste. Our mission is to actively reduce food waste and foster a solution-oriented debate about food waste. We offer consultation regarding food waste reduction and resource optimization in professional kitchens. We organize (food) events and experiences that aim to inspire and motivate the participants to reduce their own food waste. Moreover, we conduct practical workshops about how institutional and consumer food waste can be reduced. Our services are for everyone: schools, institutions, organisations and private consumers. Our knowledge is based on having established, developed, and sustained Europe's first surplus food-based eatery run by volunteer efforts. We now continue to share and expand our experiences and demonstrate our knowledge through all above-mentioned services.
