Rubel Event Management provides clients with a variety of planning options. In addition to full scale event coordination and execution, we handle segmented duties including, but not limited to, the creation of guest list databases and detailed timelines, vendor sourcing, logistics, on-site/day-of production, and budget management. In addition to organizing private events (Bar/Bat mitzvahs, graduations, Sweet 16s), we also work with non-profits on their fundraising events.
