The Rubicon Outcomes Performance Management (OPM) model is used to consider all aspects of delivering outcomes involving people, bringing a whole view to the challenges to enhance understanding and productivity. My long successful military and private sector career, where the same issues can be seen when change is being implemented, enable me to engage, integrate and drive the performance to achieve the objectives set by strategy.
