We are focused on backing consumer and enterprise technology companies in the internet, software and connected verticals. This includes fintech, insurance tech, hospitality tech, marketing tech, big data, AI, machine leaning, enterprise Saas, B2B and B2C. Rubicon raises capital from corporates, individual high net worth investors, family offices and institutional LPs creating a powerful extensive global network. This provides our portfolio companies access to strategic relationships resulting in partnerships, talent, advisory boards, key customer introductions, leading venture capital firms for follow on funding and ultimately introductions and advice related to buyers for M&A or IPO. We enable our LPs to co-invest along side the fund on a deal-by-deal basis via innovative sidecar funds right up to IPO or M&A exit.
