Rubikamp

Rubikamp.org is a non-profit initiative in Iran focused on expanding the intellectual horizons of teenagers, particularly those aged 14-16. It aims to overcome geographical, social, economic, and cultural limitations through technology, providing an opportunity for talented but underprivileged youth. The program includes training in programming, English language, electronics, graphics, data science, website and app design, and entrepreneurship. These skills are taught through group work, encouraging a culture of collaboration beyond gender, ethnicity, and nationality. Additionally, Rubikamp offers continuous guidance for personal development. Registrations for Rubikamp occur once a year, with preference given to candidates recommended by NGOs or from rural areas. The selection process involves an evaluation of the application forms followed by interviews, ultimately leading to the final selection of participants
