18+ years in the music and events industry has awarded me with a comprehensive depth of experience that spans the breadth of the events operations management space. From intimate club sized audiences, to large scale National touring festivals, I have successfully managed all aspects of events operations from start to finish. My working style is high energy, organised and professional. I am a creative thinker - more than willing to think outside of the box. In fact, I prefer it. I possess excellent communication skills - I don’t mind a chat. I hustle when a hustle is needed - but without the hassle. My passion lies in translating a promoter or artist’s vision into a fully realised event, bringing their ideas into fruition. Think of me as your event problem solver. I’m the guy who’s willing to take on the left-of-centre concepts in a strategic and data driven manner. I have a commitment to delivering enhanced commercial and experiential outcomes for the organiser, and the best possible experience for the event attendees. Much like my namesake - the Rubin sandwich, a successful event needs all of the elements built to perfection, and that’s where my refined skill set, natural drive and positive attitude come together to build dynamic and seamlessly executed events.
