Rubis, founded in 1990, is an independent French company listed on Euronext Paris (SBF 120). The Group is specialized in the distribution of fuel, liquefied gas and bitumen from supply to end consumer. It operates in 41 countries across 3 continents: Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. Rubis Asphalt Middle East (RAME), established in Dubai, is the head structure of the Rubis Group bitumen division. Our activities include :*Sourcing bitumen from world-class refineries located in Europe, US and Asia.*Shipping bitumen with our own fleet of bitumen carriers with total capacity DWT: BITU ATLANTIC, BITU EXPRESS, VIVEKA, BISKRA. Storing bitumen in our import terminals located in Dakar (ERES SENEGAL, MT), Lomé (ERES TOGO, MT), Sapele and Port Harcourt (RINGARDAS NIGERIA, MT), Douala (ERES CAMEROUN, MT), Libreville (ERES GABON, MT).*Distributing bitumen to the sites of road building contractors in West Africa and Central Africa, throughout our fleet in excess of 1200 bitu-containers and 160 bitumen tank trailers.
