Harley has practiced public accounting since 1968, with the exception of two years as corporate tax manager for United Banks of Colorado, Inc. Primary services rendered for clients involve integrated financial and tax planning for corporations, partnerships and individuals with special emphasis on professional and closely held corporations and real estate development, sales, investment and management. Associated services in performing these functions include business organization and reorganization, budgeting, systems analysis and other financial services including reviewed and compiled financial statements, forecasts and tax planning and compliance. He founded our predecessor Rubottom & Associates which had many forms since 1977. Amy started with the firm in March 1994 and has worked her way up from the receptionist position to take over the firm in 2016 after obtaining her Enrolled Agents Certificate from the Internal Revenue Service and changing the firm structure from a CPA firm to a tax firm and changing the name to RT Tax & Consulting, LLC. We combine the experience of a large tax firm with the personal attention that only a small firm can provide.
