Founded in 2005, Rubus provides corporate intelligence and strategic counsel to businesses facing important decisions and critical challenges in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Rubus Group integrates corporate intelligence, legal and actuarial consultancy to enable corporate clients to identify and manage risk, or respond to threats more effectively When? Event driven: A transaction or threat. This separates our two separate business lines. We may be called in before (risk identification and mitigation) or after the event (damage limitation, dispute resolution, and recovery). How? Intelligence Gathering; defined as “the process and the result of gathering and analysing difficult to obtain or secret information.” Investigation; defined as “the process of seeking, preserving and forensically examining digital or physical evidence to rebuild the true story of events.” Legal Services: the framework for mitigating risk, allocating fault and liability, or recovering assets.
